New Schedule.

Sundays: ocean swim / PCH bike ride / run
Mondays: off
Tuesdays: pool swim after work
Wednesdays: gym - weight training / treadmill run after work
Thursdays: pool swim before work
Fridays: yoga class after work
Saturdays: bike / run after work

Here we go.

Goal.

New goal:

Half IronMan by summer 2009.

1.2 mile swim.
56 mile bike.
13.1 mile run.

6 month training schedule.

I don't even know what I'm getting myself into.
