5:05 AM: alarm
5:20 AM: 150 sit-ups, 30 pushups
6:00 AM: soy yogurt, granola, blueberries
7:00 AM: work

I can't do sit ups, because of my injury, but I will match you push ups when I get there in 18 days :)
